Pumpin Jumpin Castle hire is a fully insured business. This gives piece of mind to our clients and also to us as the owners.
What happens to our Jumping Castle booking if it rains?
If weather is from our side, going to impact on safety guidelines and damage the jumping castle we will cancel the delivery and set up. A credit is applied and can be used within 12 months. If the weather is looking unfavourable we will call you the morning of your event to run through options.
What does the price of a hire include?
Basic prices without supervision include delivery, installation and pick up of the equipment. Set up of the jumping castles is always completed prior to the appointed booking time.
